    The first trailer for Brooklyn's Finest officially hit the net today. The movie presents the intertwining stories of three Brooklyn cops.     While there have been no official statements regarding the future of Heroes its ratings and deterioration of fan support has it in critical condition. Recent episodes have brought series ratings lows and even though it targets the 18-49 demo with its content it has performed mediocre at best in that regard.     After just one week at the top of the sales charts, Star Trek has been replaced. Disney's Santa Buddies was the top selling DVD last week.     Up in the Air was first screened back in September at the Telluride. The buzz coming out of the there propelled it on a path similar to that of last year's Best Picture winner Slumdog Millionaire which had also debuted at the film festival.     Variety is reporting that Sony is working on a sequel to this year's Zombieland, with the next installment being in 3D. Rhett Reese and Paul Wernick are working on the sequel's screenplay. The studio is in talks with Jesse Eisenberg and Woody Harrelson to reprise their roles from the first film.     Hancock received mix reaction from critics and moviegoers with the consensus seeming to be that the first half of the movie was great but the turn it took had the second half not as well regarded.     News broke yesterday that will have a big effect on the fourth installment of the Bourne Identity franchise. Director Paul Greengrass, who helmed Supremacy and Ultimatum, has dropped out of the project.     One of the biggest benefits that HD DVD had back during the format war was the dual-sided "combo" disc that had the HD version on one side and the DVD on the other. This allowed for the movie to be playable regardless of whether a HD DVD player was available. It also meant the ability to continue to expand a current DVD library which made it more reasonable to make the upgrade to HD. Such an option has not been available with Blu-ray discs.
