Everything from fighting over the script, to meeting a release date, to potential cast changes have been talked about over the past few months. However the news today blows all of that up as the franchise is being completely rebooted. There will no longer be a fourth in the series and everything will start fresh with a new cast and director.

Chuck Premiere Gets Encouraging Ratings
Things were not optimistic when it came to having a third season of Chuck. Ratings were mediocre despite the show being beloved by its fan base. That was displayed when the fans basically saved the show by supporting its sponsors. With NBC struggling immensely due to the Jay Leno fiasco they brought the show back even earlier than anticipated and increased the number of episodes ordered for the season. Promotion has been strong with NBC recognizing the potential and knowing they need it to do ...
Avatar Dominates Fourth Straight Weekend
Continuing its extraordinary run Avatar pulled in another $48.5 million this weekend nearly tripling the amount made by any other movie. What is even more remarkable about that amount is that it represents a drop of just 29%. That would be an amazingly small drop following any weekend let alone a holiday weekend.
Many had wondered how Avatar would hold up once everyone went back to school and work and the results are showing that the movie is here to stay. There is no doubt now it will chal...

New Trailer for Kick-Ass
Knowing they have what very well could be a huge hit on their hands Lionsgate continues to churn out media for Kick-Ass. This is a more well rounded trailer than the first but still proves it will be difficult to get across just how violent and graphic the movie actually is. Hopefully they'll be able to release a Red Band trailer in the near future. The buzz surrounding Kick-Ass is off the charts so it will be interesting to see the build up and how the marketing is handled as its April 16th r...
