The red band unrestricted trailer for She's Out of My League has been released. The movie centers on an average guy who meets the perfect woman but his insecurities and the influence of his friends and family being to wear away at the relationship. I actually found the standard trailer to be rather funny despite the limitations for a movie of this kind in attempting to present itself. This one though adds in the language and a few new scenes making it worth the watch. She's Out of My League is...

This could be the third straight week where a movie opens strong but still can't unseat Avatar which will probably remain in the top spot as it has for all seven weekends it has been out. Mel Gibson headlines a movie for the first time since 2002 with Edge of Darkness while When in Rome goes for the light romantic comedy crowd. Could Edge of Darkness unseat Avatar? The R rated thriller has a shot but it doesn't seem likely. There is definitely interest in seeing Mel Gibson again as he hasn'...

The people have spoken! They love Gerard Butler's Gamer. The action flick was not only last week's top selling DVD, but also the most rented. Tyler Perry's I Can Do Bad All By Myself reign at the top was short lived and fell to second. The more impressive feat was Gamer knocking The Hangover out of the top slot for most rented DVD. The smash-hit comedy had a tight grip on that spot for quite a while. Below is the list of DVD sales and rentals for the week ending January 24, 2010: Rentrak...

This is a pretty fascinating watch for anyone who is a fan of Lost. With so much bouncing around from character to character and within different timelines it is nearly impossible to piece everything together and recognize how things fit with each other. However this video mash-up, presented in 24 style, does a terrific job of presenting the crash of Oceanic Flight 815 in real time. Most will remember the scenes that are included but probably not how they all developed during the moments su...

Today more news on how Hollywood is shifting towards incorporating 3D more regularly as theaters continue to increase the number of digital 3D capable screens available. The success of not only Avatar but other 3D movies before it has created a perception that it is the best way to capture an audience all the while being able to charge more for the tickets. While Warner Brothers has not yet commented officially word is that Clash of the Titans and the both parts of Harry Potter and the Deat...
