Top DVD Sales and Rentals for Week Ending March 7, 2010
After a two week reign at the top, Law Abiding Citizen finally took a back seat. The blockbuster 2012 took over the top slot in both DVDs sold and rented. Something that caught my eye was The Hurt Locker. The film has been on the market for eight weeks and this was the first time in a weeks that it has showed up in the top 10. Teaser Trailer for Twilight: Eclipse
The first trailer for the third installment in the Twilight Saga has arrived. Eclipse will find Bella in a position where she must choose between Edward and Jacob. The movie was filmed back-to-back with New Moon allowing for the quick turnaround and reduced production costs. During the Super Bowl, the TV spot for Robin Hood was released. Today, Yahoo! has the exclusive trailer premiere. Wall Street 2 Release Pushed Back
Fox today announced a release date change for Wall Street: Money Never Sleeps. Previously slated to come out on April 23rd it will now make its way into theaters on September 24th. It used to be that a delay of this nature was a sign of problems but that is no longer necessarily the case. This is a solid week for movie releases. The big name hitting store shelves is George Clooney's Up in the Air. The movie scored a 90% 'fresh rating' on Rottentomatoes.com and I don't think I've heard anyone say a bad thing about the film.
