According to MediaBistro an animated TV series is being developed based on the Napoleon Dynamite movie. Most of the original cast including Jon Heder (Napoleon Dynamite), Efran Ramirez (Pedro), and Jon Gries (Uncle Rico) would be on board to voice the characters. The 2004 film was made on a budget of just $400K and became a cult hit grossing $44 million and going on to sell well on DVD....

ABC Renews V, Cancels FlashForward
FlashForward and V debuted with the expectations of being the successors to Lost. One has already been canceled and the other was lucky to get a second season. FlashForward has been axed while V will return for 13 more episodes.

SHIELD Movie Coming After The Avengers?
Samuel L. Jackson signed on to a nine picture deal as Nick Fury in the Marvel movies. So far he has appeared in the two Iron Man films, will show up in Captain America, and will be a big part of The Avengers. In an interview earlier this week he broke some news though by revealing plans for a S.H.I.E.L.D. movie which is something that Marvel has not made any mention of previously.
