    CBS is the only network of the big four that has yet to release their fall schedule however we now know of seven series that have gotten the ax. Ghost Whisperer, Cold Case, Numb3ers, New Adventures of Old Christine, Gary Unmarried, Accidentally on Purpose, and Miami Medical. None of these cancellations are particularly surprising.     According to Pajiba Drew Barrymore is set to direct Surrender Dorothy, a sequel to The Wizard of Oz. This would be Barrymore's second directing gig after debuting with Whip It last year. A report from way back in 2002 from Entertainment Weekly (posted below) described the project, though given that it was eight years ago things may have changed.     Earlier today ABC revealed their fall schedule and interestingly V was nowhere to be found. That series will premiere its second season at the earliest in November with the hopes that it will then air uninterrupted through its entire 13 episode order.     This is a pretty solid week for releases. Some of the bigger names hitting stores include Invictus and The Messenger. Both films scored very well in reviews.   • New ‘Get Him to the Greek’ Clip

    Yahoo! has posted a new clip from the upcoming Get Him to the Greek. The comedy stars Jonah Hill and Russell Brand, with Judd Apatow producing. In the clip, Aldous Snow (Russell Brand) and Aaron (Jonah Hill) talk about sneezing. The first trailer debuted back in February, and so far the response seems to be positive.     Earlier today Fox released their fall schedule for 2010. New series include Lonestar which is directed by Marc Webb (500 Days of Summer and upcoming Spider-man reboot) and lands House as its lead-in. The comedy Running Wilde from the creator of Arrested Development and star Will Arnett is another addition that carries with it some expectations of success.     NBC has released their fall schedule which includes a one slight surprise with Parks and Recreation being held until midseason while 30 Rock will move up to 8:30. Of note in the scheduling of new shows is the JJ Abrams drama Undercovers which gets 8pm on Wednesday. That time slot has relatively light competition so it will have a solid chance to succeed.     Falling a heavy but not totally unanticipated 58% from last weekend Iron Man 2 topped the box office charts with $53 million. That takes its domestic total to $212 million after just 10 days. The sequel has not had quite the same word of mouth that drove the original. That one surprised many while the follow-up carried much heavier expectations.
