Guillermo Del Toro Remaking Haunted Mansion
Announced today at Comic-Con, Guillermo Del Toro is taking on a remake of Disney's The Haunted Mansion for his next project. Due to delays he recently exited as director on The Hobbit. According to Del Toro who was brought out on stage when the announcement was made, The Haunted Mansion will be live action, in 3D, and will not be a comedy. New Details on ‘Xerxes’ Film
Back in March, director Zach Snyder broke the news that Frank Miller was working on a follow-up to 300, which would focus on 'Xerxes'. In an interview with the LA Times, Snyder shared some more details. Theatrical Trailer for Buried
After an initial flurry of Buried info, pictures, and teaser trailers things went quiet. Now it has returned with a full theatrical trailer to keep the positive buzz rolling. Starring Ryan Reynolds the movie is essentially a one-man act. He plays a US contractor working in Iraq that gets attacked and wakes up to find himself buried alive in a coffin. Jimmy Johnson Competing on Survivor: Nicaragua
Reports have surfaced that former Dallas Cowboys coach Jimmy Johnson is one of the contestants on the 21st season of Survivor being held in Nicaragua. Filming of the season began in late June which means it will be wrapping up in early-mid August and Johnson will be back in time for his NFL analyst duties on Fox.
