The hunt is on for the person who will take over as Branch Manager on The Office once Steve Carell leaves after the upcoming season, with that process expected to be a season long story arc. While there have been some names mentioned, as well as the potential of a promotion from within, the first substantial possibility has been spilled by Paul Lieberstein who plays Toby on the show but also is one of the main writers, produces, and occasionally directs episodes. Harvey Keitel is probably the...

After two dreadful weeks of releases, things pick up a little this week. While the week may not be spectacular, one movie stands out as one you should surely see. Harry Brown stars Michael Caine as a fed up citizen who becomes a vigilante. Think a British Gran Torino sans the blatant racism. It did pretty well in reviews and scored a 67% 'Fresh Rating' on Rottentomatoes.com. At the very least give it a rent. Here is the full release schedule broken up by standard DVD and Blu-ray: (more&...

At this point nothing has been determined and these names are just believed to be amongst the top choices within the studio. The Thing will be ent...

The 2010 Emmy Awards turned out to be a mostly entertaining and brisk broadcast, one that actually finished on time which is a rarity in awards shows. Though it had its share of ups and downs overall host Jimmy Fallon did a pretty decent job with Ricky Gervais stealing the show (which he always seems to do). The theme this year seemed to be a move away from sticking with the traditional picks as several categories went to first timers. The big winners of the evening were the ABC comedy Mode...
