    The second season of the Emmy Award-winning series House of Cards in now available through Netflix streaming. The original series, which debuted last February, was a huge hit both critically and with subscribers to the service.     Speculation that JARVIS, the artificial intelligence created by Tony Stark, would become Vision has essentially been confirmed by the casting of Paul Bettany.     With the second season of the award-winning series House of Cards set to debut next week, Netflix has announced that a third season has been ordered. The show originally was slated for 26 episodes over two seasons and there had been some concern over whether it would go beyond that but now that has been put to rest.
