Will Ferrell to Appear on The Office
With the final season for The Office star Steve Carell heading into its final stretch NBC is pulling out all the stops to make it a true event. Will Ferrell, who co-starred with Carell in Anchorman, has signed on for a four episode arc. Ferrell will play a branch manager from the home office who somehow is just as inappropriate as Michael Scott.

The Social Network may be the favorite for Best Picture at the Oscars however it didn't lead the field in nominations. The King's Speech instead has earned the most nominations with 12 followed by True Grit with 10. Surprisingly Christopher Nolan is not in the field for Best Director despite eight nominations for Inception which tied it with The Social Network.

The premiere of Spartacus: Gods of the Arena has turned in the best ratings for an original series in Starz history. The show drew 1.9 million viewers on Friday night with its two airings. That number doesn't even include those watching through On-Demand or Netflix. Tron: Legacy DVD to Include Teaser for Sequel
A sequel to Tron: Legacy has only been rumored at this point but that isn't stopping Disney from including a tease for it on the DVD/Blu-ray release.Ă‚Â Three scenes were reportedly shot back in November to comprise a trailer of sorts to be included amongst the special features. No Strings Attached Wins Box Office as Sole New Release
Though it wasn't a blockbuster opening the R-rated comedy No Strings Attached was able to come out on top of the box office for the weekend. Headlined by Natalie Portman and Ashton Kutcher the film grossed $20.3 million on the highest per screen average. Review: Takers
Takers may long be remembered for having the most egregiously bad photoshopped poster of all-time. The movie however actually performed well at the box office proving lucrative due to a popular ensemble cast.
