All three new openers at the box office performed well with Limitless topping the charts by exceeding industry expectations. The Lincoln Lawyer and Paul came in fourth and fifth respectively with solid openings considering their budgets. A weekend filled with NCAA Tournament contests made curious that three films that would appeal to males opened up, let alone opened well. Limitless was supported by a strong marketing campaign from Virgin Produced, the first film to be backed by the co...

Great news today as NBC has announced that the comedy Community is being picked up for the third season. The show has had some ratings struggles which left it on the bubble but is consistently one of the funniest on TV. The positive reviews, strong DVR numbers, and good DVD sales have helped in its recognition. Its worth noting that Community often faces the likes of American Idol and Big Bang Theory in its time slot and it has remained consistent even with that competition. Along with Co...

That being said Source Code brings some unique ideas and delivers a compelling method of storytelling though it ultimately doesn't reach the level of emotional impact that it attempts to achieve. Colter Stevens (Jake Gyllenhaal) is a soldier taking part in a program called "The Source Code" which can send someone back to re-live...
