NBA 2K13 Demo Now Available
The demo for NBA 2K13 is out now on the Xbox 360 (can be queued up for download here) and as of this afternoon arrived on the PS3 as well. 2K Sports has chosen to make this an especially intriguing demo by including head-to-head online play. A Look at the Functions of the GamePad with NBA 2K13 on Wii U
A new developer interview video has surfaced for the Wii U version of NBA 2K13 that discusses a number of topics but most intriguing of which is the use of the GamePad. The GamePad tablet controller can be used to call plays and make substitutions. It can even provide a quick view of the state of the players on the court - their fatigue levels and whether they're on hot or cold streaks - with the biometric scan feature. Continued Tracking of All Revealed NBA 2K13 Player Ratings
2K Sports has continued to release some of the overall player ratings for NBA 2K13. LeBron James comes in as the highest rated current player at 98. That one specifically wasn't put out by the company suggesting he may have some affiliation with NBA Live 13 (whether it releases or not) that is preventing them from promoting even his rating - though he has appeared briefly in some of the trailers for the game. Details on MyTeam Mode in NBA 2K13
2K Sports today released a new developer video regarding the MyTeam mode in NBA 2K13. MyTeam will come across as being largely familiar in structure to those who have played Ultimate Team in any number of EA Sports titles. NBA 2K13 Will Not Have Crew Mode
There will be no return of Crew mode for NBA 2K13. 2K Sports finally responded to questions on the subject stating that, while they know there is demand for the feature and they hope to get it back into the series in the future, they did not have time to do so this year.
