The future of NBA Live appears bleak
The news on NBA Live 16's abysmal sales has brought into greater focus the precarious position the series finds itself in now. With a brand that seems irreparably damaged, at some point EA Sports will be forced into the decision of shutting it down for good, or spinning it into something dramatically different than it is now.
With that in mind, Rich Grisham and I discuss the current situation for NBA Live, how it ended up in this place, considerations that the company has been and will be...
NBA 2K16’s first patch has made it to XB1
The patch that went out last Tuesday on PlayStation 4 for NBA 2K16 has finally gone live on Xbox One. It primarily focuses on getting the 2K Pro-Am up and running. That means it was nearly a full month that consumers on XB1 went without the new mode being functional.

The latest is NBA 2K16 which has just gone out for iOS devices and Android devices. This game is not to be confused with the MyNBA2K16 app which is the free companion to the console game. The new mobile version of NBA 2K16 is ...
Show off your best court and uniform creations in NBA 2K16
NBA 2K16 features an excellent suite of customization options to create arenas and uniforms for use in Pro-Am, MyTeam, and relocation in MyGM and MyLeague. For those who don't know much about it, check out the earlier article on how to make them, as well as a look at how to utilize them in Pro-Am now that the mode will work post-patch.
There are some fantastic designs out there - whether they be completely unique creations, rebrands, or recreations. I'll be compiling some of the best for ...
Details on the first patch for NBA 2K16
The first patch for NBA 2K16 arrived today on PlayStation 4 and is expected on Xbox One soon. The update's focus is heavily on getting the 2K Pro-Am to work.
