For the second year now fans will be able to start their MyCareer in NBA 2K a week prior to release. The free Prelude will go out on Friday, September 8 for PlayStation 4 and Xbox One. WNBA to debut in NBA Live 18

Unlock the entire roster in NBA Playgrounds with $10 DLC
One of the bigger complaints with the design of NBA Playgrounds relates to the manner in which players are obtained. MyGM takes on a story in NBA 2K18
There's no doubt that 2K Sports has admirably invested in its franchise modes in recent years but the experiences between MyGM and MyLeague were not dramatically different besides the customization freedom given by the latter. Third update for NBA Playgrounds includes new mode and more players
With two significant patches already out for NBA Playgrounds the development team at Saber Interactive has been working towards another content update which is already out on PS4 and PC and expected soon for Xbox One. 2K Sports has released three screenshots for NBA 2K18 featuring players who are tied to the game's marketing campaign. Paul George with the Thunder, Canadian cover athlete DeMar DeRozan, and Isaiah Thomas get the push today.
