At an event last night sponsored by 2K Sports, Kobe Bryant faced off against Carmelo Anthony in a game of NBA 2K10. Yesterday a new batch of screenshots for NBA 2K10 were released. 2K10 still has no gameplay footage available leaving the only things that can be compared between it and NBA Live 10 as the features or described improvements and visually the screenshots that have been released. Dynamic Season and Live Run Descriptions
The NBA Live 10 features known as "Dynamic Season" and "Adidas Live Run" have been kept under wraps. While the full details of what they entail is still to come presumably via blogs and previews there were vague descriptions of them included in the demo. The Draft Combine having presented somewhat of a quasi-demo experience would appear to have an effect on when the actual demo for NBA 2K10 will be released. 2K has thus far been vague about when the demo will be appear only stating that it will not be out "for a while". NBA Live 10 Demo Impressions
The NBA Live 10 demo came out on Friday for the 360 and now having played enough of it I feel comfortable posting my impressions. The general response appears to be largely positive from browsing various forums and Twitter. NBA Live 10 Demo Video
While I have yet to play enough of the NBA Live 10 demo to post my formal impressions, I did want to get up at least one HD video today of a play-through. Setting the stage for this video it is from the second time I played the demo and as such I was not completely familiarized with the controls and other gameplay changes. NBA Live 10 Demo Now Available
The demo for NBA Live 10 is now available for the 360. It will be out for the PS3 next Thursday the 17th. The demo entails two, four minute quarters with a rematch of the NBA Finals as the Orlando Magic visit the Los Angeles Lakers with adjustable difficulty levels. Draft Combine Selling Relatively Well
Initial sales indications shows that NBA 2K10 Draft Combine has performed admirably as a downloadable offering. Major Nelson released the weekly Top 10 sales charts for XBL Arcade in August. The week of Draft Combine's debut it came in third place behind Shadow Complex and Trials HD which are two very strong games.
