Sign-ups open for 3on3 Freestyle beta
The first ever console title from publisher/developer JoyCity is now accepting sign-ups for a closed beta. Registration can be completed through the official website for 3on3 Freestyle.
Features for the online-based game include character management and progression, online co-op in 3-vs-3 matches, local co-op for those online matches, and 1-vs-1 online or against CPU.

It has been an interesting journey for publisher JoyCity in taking the street basketball Freestyle series from PC to console. 3on3 Freestyle, coming only to the PlayStation 4, was supposed to release in May but it took until the very last day of that month for the company to announce a delay. New Xbox One Experience is live; NBA Jam OFE now playable on the system
On Monday Microsoft revealed the list of backwards compatible 360 titles for Xbox One. As expected there was very little representation from the sports genre with only NBA Jam: On Fire Edition included. Today the backwards compatibility has been activated along with the significant "New Xbox One Experience" console update.
