MM08 online event taking place tonight
Utopia College Sports is coordinating a March Madness 08 online event that will take place Thursday January 24th and includes both the 360 and PS3. College Hoops 2K8 patch released
While the news has certainly been rough on fans of the College Hoops series this week, there is one positive piece of news for those playing 2K8. Thanks to a posting over at Operation Sports we have the list of what is included in the patch that was released today for the PS3 (the patch has since been released for the 360 as well). Response from EA regarding end of College Hoops series
Yesterday when the news broke that the 2K's College Hoops 2K9 had been canceled a lot of people jumped to the conclusion that there was an exclusive license in the works that and that EA Sports was positioning themselves for it. Throughout the community I've seen questioning of why the College Hoops and March Madness franchises don't get the same support that other sports titles do. Yet another set of March Madness 08 videos
For the final set of March Madness videos I wanted to show a few different things. The first one is Georgetown @ Ohio State on all default settings. The second is Kansas State @ Clemson with the difficulty moved up to All-Conference. The third is Arizona State @ Arizona with the difficulty on All-Conference and the game speed bumped up to about 65%. Personally I thought the ASU vs Arizona game turned out the best. March Madness 08 initial impressions
After having played over the last two days I wanted to get my basic impressions of the game down. I still have more I'd like to experiment with such as the difficulty levels and sliders along with online play.
