After combing through some of the original requests I've put together a handful of screenshots from NBA 2K10. Continue leaving your requests for future screenshots and videos. The first full game video featuring the matchup that won the poll (Spurs @ Jazz) will be up in the morning. I have been dropping some thoughts during the play-throughs on Twitter and even had a live broadcast earlier today so make sure to keep an eye there for the latest. Some of the players look quite good (Durant,...
  • NBA 2K10 Hard Drive Evaluation

With NBA 2K10 in hand I have gone through and timed different loading areas when running off the disc compared to running off the hard drive on the 360. Installing to the hard drive not only has proven to cut down on load times, in some cases significantly, but it also reduces stress to the system and the noise it produces. For NBA 2K10 the actual install process took 8:46 and the game comes in at 6.2 GB. Unlike all the other games I've examined the loading time improvement from the hard ...

I should have a copy of NBA 2K10 come Saturday afternoon and at that time I'll begin the normal pre-release coverage. Expect the 360 hard drive loading time analysis first. That will be followed with screenshots, videos, and impressions over the coming days and leading up to release. If you would like to see a specific player featured in a screenshot please leave that name in the comments. Limit it to one player, court, or jersey per request please or it'll be passed over. As I am expecti...

Operation Sports has posted up screenshots that display all the player ratings in NBA 2K10. You can check out and comb through the wide array of screenshots at OS here and below I've listed some notable names and their overall ratings and continue on for more. Please note this is not the full list of players in order just some of the names that pe...

Anticipation has been high for NBA 2K10 gameplay footage and now thanks to IGN it has finally arrived. Whether these videos were put out in direct response to the poor showing from the 2K sponsored event the other night we'll never know as were long overdue. Regardless it is good to finally get some quality gameplay footage given the release is only two weeks away. Included is a video showing the pre-game and a video with three minutes of gameplay with the Cavs @ Lakers. Continue on to ch...

At an event last night sponsored by 2K Sports, Kobe Bryant faced off against Carmelo Anthony in a game of NBA 2K10. The quality of the video is not good but isn't much worse than the quality of the live stream from that event. Should this video be used to judge NBA 2K10? Of course not. It was likely set to a low difficulty and the two guys didn't even know how to play the game (Kobe asked "how do you dunk" before they started). However when a game is two weeks out from release and the...
