The free MyNBA2K app announced last month has arrived for iPhone, iPod touch, and iPad. By tying into the console versions of NBA 2K13 (Xbox 360, PS3, Wii U)Â "VC" can be earned for use within the two spending-driven modes. NBA 2K13 Opens With Huge Sales Surge
It isn't just the recent EA Sports titles that are finding success on the market lately. Having released earlier this month NBA 2K13 is tracking 49% ahead of NBA 2K11. A Look at the Jerseys Locked Away in NBA 2K13 That Will Be Worn This Season
Yesterday it was discovered that a number of jerseys, including an unannounced and misspelled Thunder alternate, had surfaced within NBA 2K13. Access to them is limited to the Xbox 360 and the PC given that the method used to extract the files can't be completed on the PlayStation 3. A hex-edited roster file, readily available on 2K Share to download, includes numerous uniforms not currently available in NBA 2K13 and some that have yet to even be officially revealed by the league. First Roster Update for NBA 2K13 Out Now
2K Sports today released the first roster update for NBA 2K13. The update includes some player movement, minor ratings changes, and additional players - though many are still missing and some on the free agent list are playing overseas now. An expedited patch for NBA 2K13 to address an issue where a freeze was occurring after the first game in MyCareer mode has gone out today on the Xbox 360. The problem had seemingly been isolated to the 4GB console and prevented any advancement beyond that first game. Fix for MyCareer Freeze in NBA 2K13 on Xbox 360 Has Been Submitted
Mentioned in an earlier article an issue with progressing through MyCareer mode, specifically on the Xbox 360 and seemingly isolated to the 4GB hard drive version of the console, was immediately identified in NBA 2K13.
