The third special pack to release during the regular season is now available for a limited time in MLB The Show 16. For 3,000 Coins it contains six player cards with an "increased chance" at the top performers from April plus Gold and Diamond cards. A second roster update this week for MLB The Show 16 went out earlier today and again includes some significant ratings changes. Three players have moved up to 96 Overall. Nolan Arenado (+3), Jose Altuve (+2), and Manny Machado (+2). The fourth in-season roster update has gone out for MLB The Show 16 and for the first time this year it contains some significant ratings movement. Bryce Harper has moved up to a 99 Overall after a fantastic April in which he hit .286 with 9 home runs and 24 RBI. Five players added to MLB The Show 16 Diamond Dynasty through special card pack
For the second time since the season began a special limited time card pack has been introduced to MLB The Show 16. With the pack are five new cards that enter the Diamond Dynasty pool of players, joining the 10 that made their debut last week. The smart move may be to avoid buying this "Developer's Choice" pack. MLB The Show 16 week three roster update
The third in-season roster update went out today for MLB The Show 16. While there were a number of ratings changes, very few of them affected upper-tier players. Only one name previously rated above an 84 moved up. After throwing his second no-hitter, Chicago Cubs' pitcher Jake Arrieta was bumped a point to 96, though it would seem justifiable for him and Bryce Harper to be all the way up at 99 now rather than a few points away still. (more…)...
