    Discussed in early previews for MLB 10: The Show has been the addition of six classic stadiums which not only can be used in exhibition but also in franchise mode.     While the full fact sheet for MLB 10: The Show has yet to be released most of the new features and additions have already been unveiled through the previews and cover announcement press release. Certainly there will be numerous improvements made to various areas of the game however the items that will be heavily marketed are already out there.     It has been a flurry of activity since last night related to MLB 10: The Show. The first screenshots, the first preview, and the cover announcement have already been posted.     Thanks to the ESPN preview for MLB 10: The Show the cover athlete has been confirmed as Minnesota Twins catcher Joe Mauer. Speculation had him as one of the most likely candidates and was determined to be the top possibility in the prediction article last month. It was also worth noting that the first screenshots released for the game had him prominently displayed in two of the six.     SCEA has released the first screenshots for MLB 10: The Show. There are six in total and one of them confirms the addition of a Home Run Derby which has been lacking from the series. The cover athlete is expected to be revealed on Thursday.     Last year the cover athlete for The Show was leaked on December 10th and officially confirmed on December 22nd. In all likelihood the announcement for MLB 10: The Show will come around the same time.  Dustin Pedroia, Ryan Howard, and David Wright have adorned the cover of the last three editions of The Show.     Kotaku has posted up an article discussing the process behind putting in a new stadium for a game when said game comes out before the season even begins.
