    The full list of team rankings in MLB 13: The Show has arrived via information provided to Operation Sports. The Tigers lead the way as the top team followed by the Cardinals and Red Sox. The defending champion Giants are somehow all the way down at 17. The rankings are broken down by Overall, Batting, Pitching, and Defense.     SCEA has released a new blog focusing on improvements to the online matchmaking system in MLB 13: The Show. While online has always been the achilles' heel of the series a few changes being made this year could help in that area.     SCEA has released a new developer video for MLB 13: The Show this time focusing on the introduction of The Show Live. The new feature delivers the ability to play any game on the schedule for the 2013 season with MLB.com feeding the proper lineups and statistics. The presentation and commentary will reflect that point in time.     Having been noted previously SCEA is shifting away from a "bar" representing a player's overall skill level and going to a numbered ratings system with MLB 13: The Show. Of course those numbers existed in past iterations they were just hidden away which makes it interesting to find out just how players stacked up then compared to new edition out next month.     SCEA today released a new developer video going over some of the enhancements that have been made to Franchise mode for MLB 13: The Show.     Though Sony's "Cross-Buy" program, which offers a free digital version for the Vita when a PS3 copy is purchased, has not been extended to MLB 13: The Show there is a deal in place that will at least provide a discount for those who are interested in buying both.
