EA Sports president Peter Moore has released a blog detailing ways in which the company is connecting with fans for Madden 11. Dez Bryant Has Unimpressive Pro Day
Following the heralded Pro Day for Sam Bradford yesterday, another player with some questions was in the spotlight today. Oklahoma State receiver Dez Bryant, who did not perform at the combine, went through many of the same drills including the 40. During catch drills he reportedly dropped a few balls early but then recovered and performed well. Times recorded on the 40 were disappointing but not unanticipated. New Trailer for Knight and Day
Fox has released a second trailer for the action-comedy Knight and Day. The movie stars Tom Cruise as a spy and Cameron Diaz as the woman that gets pulled into a deadly adventure with him as they attempt to avoid capture by a federal agent. Story of the Finals Introduced in World Cup
Today EA Sports announced a new feature that will be offered in 2010 FIFA World Cup. Known as "The Coca-Cola Zero Story of the Finals" it will provide gamers with the opportunity to play out free downloadable scenarios that have taken place in the World Cup. It sounds similar to the "Rewind" feature in NBA Live but the press release doesn't go into detail on ways it may be different or more expansive than that. New Godzilla Movie In Development
Today brings word that Legendary Pictures has acquired the rights to Toho's famed Godzilla character. Legendary is the company behind movies such as 300, Watchmen, The Hangover, and The Dark Knight. Warner Brothers will co-finance and co-produce with a targeted release date in 2012.
