    Earlier today news hit about another entry in the previously thought to be complete Final Destination franchise. As mentioned in that article the Saw franchise carries a very similar formula, and that makes it difficult to believe it will come to its planned end.     EA Sports has released eight new screenshots for Madden 11 with a few of them being images taken straight from gameplay and demonstrating some of the new features. Seen within this set of screens is a look at GameFlow play-calling, setting up of the offensive and defensive gameplans, and the new kicking mechanic described earlier today.     Following a hands-on event held last week in New York, EA Sports has lifted the embargo on impressions and they are coming in from numerous locations. Much of the discussion throughout the previews centers on the GameFlow play-calling system and locomotion engine, however there are a few mentions of big changes to the game that are mixed in as well.     A fifth entry in the Final Destination franchise is now in development, with Eric Heisserer (A Nightmare on Elm Street, The Thing) penning the script. The Final Destination was supposed to be the last chapter in the franchise but considering it made so much money, overseas especially, New Line decided to give the green light to yet another entry.     (Update) Well apparently this has been behind the scenes for a while now and has not been enhanced past being a simple description of a player's skills from their ratings make-up. However it goes to show how this is an area that should be addressed going forward and could really benefit the game so it remains a good read in terms of concept for the future iterations.
