The Latest Series Renewal Rumors
The network "upfronts" are just a few days away...that is where each announces their slate of shows for next season. Here are a few of the latest rumors on shows that may or may not be coming back. Chuck: NBC may be picking up a fourth season for a standard 13 episodes with an option for a back nine. Backbreaker Demo Could Be Coming Soon
Last week through a PR representative it was stated that the demo for Backbreaker would not be out until a few days before release (360) and a week after release (PS3). It appears that they may in fact be working towards getting them out earlier. Considering demos are now released on Tuesdays for both the 360 and PS3 that leaves May 18th and May 25th as the landing spots should it be out before the game hits stores. (more…)...

NCAA Football 11: 120 Ways to Win Trailer
EA Sports has released a new video for NCAA Football 11 focusing on the "120 Ways to Win" mantra. Involved in that is the implementation of authentic offenses which was detailed in an earlier video. Within this trailer there is also a look at some more of the authentic team entrances that certain schools will have this year and more elements of presentation. Trailer for The Adjustment Bureau
Universal has released the first trailer for the thriller The Adjustment Bureau. The movie stars Matt Damon and Emily Blount and is based on a short story by Philip K Dick. Madden 11 Run Blocking Detailed
EA Sports has posted a new blog for Madden 11 that goes over the improvements to blocking in the running game. Four different run plays are featured with the Power O, HB Counter, HB Stretch, and Inside Zone broken down. You can check out the full blog posting here. EA Sports MMA Screenshots and Additional Fighters Announced
Seven new screenshots have been released for EA Sports MMA. The new screens can be found in the gallery. In addition eight new fighters have been announced for the roster. They are Andrei Arlovski, Alistair Overeem, Lyle Beerbohm, Fabricio Werdum, Kevin Randleman, Roger Gracie, Vitor Ribiero, and Murilo "Ninja" Rua (older brother of Mauricio "Shogun" Rua). Production Starts on Spartacus Prequel
Starz has announced that a six episode prequel to Spartacus: Blood and Sand has begun production. The first season of Spartacus was a great performer for Starz topping the 18-49 demo for all cable networks with its original ratings on Friday nights while also playing really well with on-demand viewings. Super 8 Trailer Officially Released
As soon as the first screenings for Iron Man 2 took place bootleg copies of the Super 8 trailer started showing up online and I got that up immediately. Now Paramount has finally released the official trailer online providing an opportunity to see it in HD. Super 8 is set to release next summer and will be written and directed by JJ Abrams and produced by him and Steven Spielberg.
