    CBS is the only network of the big four that has yet to release their fall schedule however we now know of seven series that have gotten the ax. Ghost Whisperer, Cold Case, Numb3ers, New Adventures of Old Christine, Gary Unmarried, Accidentally on Purpose, and Miami Medical. None of these cancellations are particularly surprising.     According to Pajiba Drew Barrymore is set to direct Surrender Dorothy, a sequel to The Wizard of Oz. This would be Barrymore's second directing gig after debuting with Whip It last year. A report from way back in 2002 from Entertainment Weekly (posted below) described the project, though given that it was eight years ago things may have changed.     Earlier today the third patch for MLB 10: The Show released only to find it contained a significant bug that was severe enough to require immediate response. With the introduction of the patch runs are now being counted on third outs which is obviously a huge problem.     Earlier today ABC revealed their fall schedule and interestingly V was nowhere to be found. That series will premiere its second season at the earliest in November with the hopes that it will then air uninterrupted through its entire 13 episode order.     (Update) This patch contains a significant bug that is counting runs as being scored on third outs. You may want to consider avoiding downloading the patch because of this.     The latest preview for Madden 11 comes from Inside Xbox. There is nothing new to be learned about the game from the interviews conductied and it is anything but an extensive preview, but what is provided is some action through replay footage interspersed throughout.     The demo for Tiger Woods 11 is set to arrive for the 360 and PS3 tomorrow (Tuesday May 18th). No word on what the demo will entail just through a post on the official forum it has been learned that it will be available to download tomorrow.     Earlier today Fox released their fall schedule for 2010. New series include Lonestar which is directed by Marc Webb (500 Days of Summer and upcoming Spider-man reboot) and lands House as its lead-in. The comedy Running Wilde from the creator of Arrested Development and star Will Arnett is another addition that carries with it some expectations of success.
