    Though it has been suspected ever since Michael Jordan was revealed to be the cover athlete for NBA 2K11 there is finally confirmation on a new mode featuring him in-game.     EA Sports has released the full fact sheet for the PC version of FIFA 11. The feature set resembles that of the 360/PS3 version, with the PC utilizing the same engine, though it has a few PC specific touches. The game will release alongside the console versions on September 28th. (more…)...

    EA Sports has released the soundtrack listings for NHL 11 and NHL Slapshot. The two games share much of the same soundtrack, with NHL 11 receiving a handful of songs that aren't included in Slapshot. The goal this year was to provide more of the feel of being at an NHL arena through the song choices.   • Jimmy Johnson Competing on Survivor: Nicaragua

    Reports have surfaced that former Dallas Cowboys coach Jimmy Johnson is one of the contestants on the 21st season of Survivor being held in Nicaragua. Filming of the season began in late June which means it will be wrapping up in early-mid August and Johnson will be back in time for his NFL analyst duties on Fox.     Though the recent NCAA Football release for iPhone got a less than cheerful response, last year Madden 10 for the mobile devices was actually rather well regarded. Hopefully that, rather than NCAA, is more of an indication as to the potential of Madden 11 for the iPhone, iPad, and iPod Touch. Check out the screenshot gallery for the first images!     Some new information has slipped out providing insight into the next Batman. Now that Christopher Nolan's Inception has released and is out of the way we should start hearing even more about the project.     Marvel has released these promotional teaser posters for both Thor and Captain America that will be featured at Comic-Con. They are presented in a painted style, not actual imagery from films, with the hopes of eliciting the same emotion that made the characters iconic to begin with.
