    Electronic Arts reported on financials yesterday for Q2 2018, the period that stretched from July through September of 2017. EA Sports games naturally played a big role in the company's success with the stock currently just under its all-time high. Some interesting news came out of the results related to Madden NFL 18, NHL 18, FIFA Mobile, EA Sports UFC 3, and the EA Access subscription service.  (more…)...

    The exceedingly popular NBA Live Mobile and FIFA Mobile games today entered their new seasons, which for each essentially acts as a relaunch with new content and improvements rather than EA Sports going about with the release of a whole new app annually.  (more…)...
  • Mutant Football League exits Early Access for its official release

    Mutant Football League has reached its full official release following a month under Early Access through Steam. That period of time was used to make a number of improvements based on feedback and included the addition of an option for game speed. MFL is currently available for PC for $25 with planned releases on Xbox One and PlayStation 4 early next year.   • First teaser trailer for Tennis World Tour

    Not much has been heard on Tennis World Tour since the original announcement of its existence back in May but that changed today with the debut of its first trailer out of Paris Games Week. A release window of spring has now been revealed for the simulation game, pinning it between late March and late June.     Games on mobile like Madden, FIFA, NBA Live, and WWE SuperCard have proven to be incredibly successful and PES Mobile has joined that group since its release in May. Though Pro Evolution Soccer Mobile is already largely based on its MyClub team-building mode model, Konami released today a spinoff called PES Card Collection available via iTunes for iOS and Google Play for Android.   • Little Caesars Arena added to NHL 18 along with updates to other stadiums and uniforms

    The second patch for NHL 18 went out today and the primary focus was to deliver the Detroit Red Wings' new Little Caesars Arena, which was not in the game at release, and update a number of other stadiums and a great many uniforms.
