So Playstation Move launched today for the PS3 to what seems to be very little fanfare. The launch lineup is weak and the general perception seems to be that it is basically just Wii HD. The costs also are high when considering most people will feel the need to buy multiple devices in order to take full advantage of the system. Tiger Woods 11 on the PS3 has Move functionality patched in and next month's John Daly's Prostroke Golf will include it as well. NBA 2K11 tacks on Move for the black...

The demo will consist of the 4th quarter of game seven of the NBA Finals, the Jordan Draft Showcase game in Become Legendary mode, and practice mode. So it looks to be a very comprehensive experience with the ability to practice and get used to the new controls, try out the regular game, and try out the career mode. The video also notes that the difficulty level will be adjustable so the normal array...

Considering the troubles as of late that THQ has experienced with their UFC franchise (recently revealed to be moving off a yearly schedule) it is no surprise to see EA Sports going for the jugular. With EA Sports MMA the company is in the somewhat rare position of being the underdog in the market. While they have struggled in that regard with the NBA Live/NBA Elite franchise going against NBA 2K, with MMA it seems they are taking full advantage of the opportunity as the door was left open wit...

The network already houses his project Fringe which is entering its third season while NBC is launching Undercovers next week. The new show is being described as about "mysteries, secrets and the most infamous prison of all time: Alcatraz". So yeah it sounds a little bit like one of his prior shows Lost, but who isn't looking for a replacement for ...

The fourth roster update for Madden 11, taking into account action up to and through week one of the NFL season, is expected out late this week. This update features nearly 400 roster and ratings changes. Texans RB Arian Foster gets a deserved seven point increase and so does his fullback Vonta Leach, Seahawks DE Chris Clemons jumps six points, while Jets QB Mark Sanchez fell three points. At a glance the Green Bay Packers seem to have gotten the most players with increases. Kris Jenkins, L...

The first set of Madden Moments Live are now out on the 360 and PS3. There are four that come from week one, with the Lions-Bears, Packers-Eagles, and Cardinals-Rams as ones that stood out for this treatment. The NFL Kickoff game with the Vikings-Saints is the fourth which didn't really seem to warrant one outside of it being a compelling NFC Championship rematch. Madden Moments Live can be purchased on an individual basis (2000 coins/67 cents), as a full weekly set (5000 coins/$1.67), or a...
