AMC and A&E Set Series Premiere Dates
With Mad Men and Breaking Bad not due until summer, and The Walking Dead not returning until fall, AMC is starting to promote the original series that will fill the gap in the meantime. Knocked Up Spin-Off in the Works
Variety is reporting today that the upcoming untitled film Judd Apatow is working on will be a spin-off of the 2007's hit comedy Knocked Up. The focus will shift to the characters of Paul and Debbie as portrayed by Paul Rudd and Leslie Mann. Apatow is writing the script, producing the project, and directing for the first time since 2009's Funny People. Ă‚Â A release date of June 1st 2012 has already been locked in. Universal has released a full theatrical trailer for the sci-fi comedy Paul. The movie stars Simon Pegg and Nick Frost with the alien known as Paul voiced by Seth Rogen.
