Marvel has found the man to replace Jon Favreau as the director of Iron Man 3. Shane Black is in final negotiations to take over the popular franchise with the possibility that he will pen the script as well. Black is best known for writing the entire Lethal Weapon series and writing/directing Kiss Kiss Bang Bang. It likely is no coincidence that 2005 film also starred Robert Downey Jr. as the two of them have a successful relationship to tap into. This is an exciting development as I'm a f...

With the upcoming NFL season in question the 20th and final roster update for Madden 11 potentially holds more importance than the typical end-of-year update. The player ratings will not only be the primary baseline for Madden 12 but if no collective bargaining agreement is reached the rosters would remain largely the same minus free agents. This final update concentrated on getting remaining players off the IR, adding players to teams and free agency, and adjusting the ratings to best refl...

A great deal of player ratings for MLB 2K11 are out as they were publicly accessible on the 2K community online league website. I've collected all the teams that were being used which amounts to 22 of them and put them in the gallery dedicated to the player ratings for ease of browsing. The teams not found were the Padres, Nationals, Tigers, White Sox, Orioles, Reds, Diamondbacks, and Pirates. If you hunt around on that site you'll actually be able to find breakdowns for pitcher's individua...

No matter where the most blame is placed by gamers when it comes to the NFL exclusive license, whether that be the league or EA Sports or an equal share, the extension of a year to the current contract and the manner it was negotiated could be telling. Based on each side's actions it appears that the NFL is much more in favor of the deal as it currently stands than EA Sports who took a reduction on this season's payments while tacking on another year.
