Super is in no way a typical super hero story. The film carries with it a very emotionally heavy tone accented by unrelenting and graphic violence. Its unpredictable nature works quite well and the entertainment value is high, however some aspects being left unexplained prevented it from reaching its full potential. Rainn Wilson stars as Frank D'Arbo, a depressed man already on the edge who loses his recovering drug addict wife Sarah (Liv Tyler) to drug dealer Jacques (Kevin Bacon). After r...

The animated film Rango turned in a fantastic performance in its opening weekend particularly considering the absence of a 3D factor. Coming in second was the romantic thriller The Adjustment Bureau which performed well by marginally exceeding industry expectations. Beastly debuted to third place while the 80's themed comedy Take Me Home Tonight tanked with an 11th place finish. Though it held questionable appeal to younger kids Rango made an impressive $38 million. Filling a void in the fa...

One slick new feature that both baseball titles are providing this year are the unique television broadcast camera angles that are tailored to the specifics for each stadium. The same angle and zooms used to watch the games on TV are represented by selecting "Broadcast". With MLB 11: The Show not only does the angle vary from stadium to stadium but the placement of the pitching meter does as well. That will likely lead to a sense of having a slight home field advantage as they do take some ...

Even just one completely unrealistic trade can ruin the immersive nature of the mode. I've gone through and simulated a full season in MLB 11: The Show. Keeping in mind that just one simulation is not necessarily representative of all that will be done, here are all the happenings that took place and h...
