Cult-favorite television series Arrested Development has gone through a number of rumors and apparent stages of development for a potential movie ever since it was cancelled in 2006. A proper script had to be completed and the logistics of getting the whole original cast back together was daunting. Still the movie looked to be inevitable and as of late was said to be on the right track. Surprising news today though comes as series creator Mitch Hurwitz revealed at the New Yorker Festival ...

It's a top heavy week of releases as Fast Five, which has raked in over $600 million worldwide, arrives along with a slight box office disappointment in Scream 4. Beyond that I would highly recommend picking up Friday Night Lights - which finished it's brilliant five season run earlier this year. There are also a number of classics introduced on Blu-ray.  (more…)...

Early in the week a poll went up with the intention to get a clearer picture of how consumers are viewing NBA 2K12 in light of the league lockout. As release has neared the realization of the impact on the product has started to settle in, as it will not have the typical refresh of rosters or even introduce rookies while well-regarded features such as NBA Today are negated. Despite that the NBA 2K series comes off a remarkable year in which it entered the upper-echelon of sports titles by re...

Now that all the information is out regarding features for NBA 2K12, as well as there being a clear picture of how the league lockout is affecting the product, this made for a proper opportunity to mention the Amazon deal again. If you're interested in picking up the game this may be the best option for many. Given that there are no retailer-specific bonuses with NBA 2K12 it makes it an even better option. Amazon is offering a $10 promotional credit with all pre-orders which can be put to...
