NBA 2K12 Receives First Gameplay Patch
A new patch for NBA 2K12 released today for the PS3 and is expected to arrive soon for the Xbox 360. Attempts to address some of the biggest gripes have been made with reduced success of steals and three-point percentages reduced specifically when challenged by a defender. It's not a huge patch in terms of number of fixes (and bypasses My Player issues) but if it works as intended it should greatly improve the gameplay experience. Madden NFL 12 Roster Update #10 Details
The next roster update for Madden NFL 12 is scheduled to go live on Friday for the Xbox 360 and PS3 and follows the completion of week eight of the season. Tim Tebow takes a sharp drop of 5 points to 71 overall while Chris Johnson continues to slide and now is down to 86. Also of significance Johnson lost his long-held 99 rating in speed. New Legends Announced for Use in NBA 2K12 Legends Showcase DLC
Two weeks ago 2K Sports made the downloadable content for NBA 2K12 official and today they have announced an additional 45 legends that will be included. These legends will only be available within the "Legends Showcase" - so they will not be transferable to regular Play Now, Association, or any other mode within the game. Bond 23 Gets Official Title: Skyfall

New Trailer for Underworld: Awakening
A new theatrical trailer has arrived for the upcoming fourth entry in the Underworld franchise. Underworld: Awakening (releasing on January 20th) returns Kate Beckinsale to the lead role in which she starred in the first two entries. NFL Blitz Gauntlet Mode Details
Today EA Sports posted a new blog for NFL Blitz going over the game's Gauntlet single-player mode that features 12 teams comprised of fantasy characters (the different ones seen in the screenshot above). 2K Sports Shutting Down NBA 2K11 Servers
An announcement of servers being shut down for past yearly sports titles is rarely newsworthy. Circumstances though this year makes the shutdown of services for NBA 2K11 especially relevant. 2K Sports has now announced that the servers will go down for good in mid-November.
