First NBA 2K12 Roster Update Could Come This Weekend
With the CBA ratified and the league year having opened earlier today 2K Sports is now free to release roster updates at intervals of their choosing. A few rookies have already signed (Kyrie Irving and a handful of others) and some free agents have landed in their new destinations. 2K has commented that the first update could be released sometime this weekend but it may be better to expect it early next week and anything earlier would then be a bonus. New Trailer for Battleship
A brand new trailer for the action film Battleship has arrived. A sleeper of an arcade-style game tends to sneak its way into the top 10 countdown each year. This time around that game is MLB Bobblehead Pros. As a downloadable title for $10 it arrived on XBLA in early July and was supposedly on the way for the PS3 also but that, for whatever reason, never materialized. Trailer for The Five-Year Engagement
The first trailer for the comedy The Five-Year Engagement has arrived. The film is written by Jason Segel and Nicholas Stoller (the duo teamed up on The Muppets and Forgetting Sarah Marshall), stars Segel and Emily Blunt as an engaged couple, and is directed by Stoller. Though there were some opportunities to grab NBA 2K12 on and around Black Friday for $35 and even the brief steal of $20 it wasn't anticipated, with the actual season now approaching and interest on the rise, that retailers would push more deals for the game. Madden NFL 12 Roster Update #15 Details
The post-week 13 roster update for Madden NFL 12 is scheduled to be pushed out on Friday for both the Xbox 360 and PS3.
