    It's no surprise that The Hunger Games would be huge but it exceeded even the highest of expectations with its first weekend of release. The film opened with $155 million for the weekend which falls behind only Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part 2 ($169 million) and The Dark Knight ($158 million).
