    2K Sports has gone into specifics on "Signature Skills" which acts as a new feature for NBA 2K13. The "Signature Skills" are very similar to the "Traits" introduced in Madden last year. They're implemented with the intention of differentiating player performance beyond their ratings and delve more into their individual personalities and unique skill sets.  (more…)...

    EA Sports has released a new video for NHL 13 going over the changes and additions to Hockey Ultimate Team mode.     Joss Whedon will be taking his success with The Avengers to the small screen with a focus on the organization S.H.I.E.L.D rather than the superheros themselves. S.H.I.E.L.D. will be written by Whedon who also plans to direct the pilot for ABC. Only a few weeks ago Whedon was announced to be returning for The Avengers 2 while also being locked into an exclusive contract with Marvel for television productions.     Though the news of NBA Live 13's impending release as a discount digital title doesn't come as a surprise given the events of recent months it does reaffirm general pessimistic assessments towards the product and explain the disappearance of promotion by EA Sports.
