MLB 2K13 Isn’t Just 2K12 With a Roster Update…It’s Less Than That
Having put in 35 innings of "work" with MLB 2K13 and time skimming through Association and MyPlayer modes there's really no reason to dig any deeper into the game to review. Conjecture that it would be 2K12 with a roster update and only the absolutely necessary changes like the Astros to the AL and new schedule was in fact on the mark and as it turns out generous. It's a product that on its own is certainly not 2K9 levels of bad, it's okay for those who don't care all that much about basebal...

Continue on for the full rundown of 12 songs from 10 different artists.Ă‚Â (more…)...

Slated to officially begin next Monday with two brackets of 32 players (legends in one and current stars in the other) the company is making the last slot for the former determined by a "play-in" vote.
The matchup features Jerry Rice vs Cris Carter with su...
In Unprecedented Fashion MLB 2K13 to Release Without Providing Any Information on How It Differs from Prior Iteration
When the one year reprieve for the MLB 2K series was announced back in January expectations were set understandably low. The poorly regarded series had been cancelled only to be resurrected when MLB settled with significantly reduced terms in order to have a product on the market for the Xbox 360. Having baseball for the largest console base in North America was viewed as a necessity. However being saddled with a constrained development cycle along with a limited budget and no apparent fu...
