    The latest casting news for Marvel's Guardians of the Galaxy involves that of another member of the superhero team. Zoe Saldana (Star Trek, Avatar) will take on the role of Gamora - pictured far right in the concept image above - the adopted daughter of the Thanos (set to be "big bad" for The Avengers 2) who turned on him to join the Guardians.     With a hearing in June regarding class-action status, and a trial tentatively slated to begin a year later, news on the lawsuit against the NCAA, CLC, and EA will likely become more frequent going forward than has been the case until now. A few happenings from the last week include the USC AD going on record with the belief the NCAA may lose the case and the CLC and EA providing evidence they have not used accurate player likenesses in video games.     The long-anticipated continuation of Arrested Development will arrive though Netflix on May 26. Exclusive to the Netflix instant streaming service the fourth season of Arrested Development includes 15 episodes - all of which will be made available to watch on that day.
