EA Sports has released some new screenshots from Facebreaker featuring a character going by the name Voodoo along with a new trailer which puts the spotlight on Steve. While there has been an inordinate amount of screenshots and trailers released for the game thus far they have generally centered around Romeo and to a lesser extent Molotov. The original trailer gave glances at a few more characters to come but this is the first time they've really shifted the focus to others. You can check ...

Through numerous recent previews the online dynasty feature of NCAA Football 09 continues to be a central topic of discussion. With most of the previews touching on the same things below are two that are worth checking out. NCAA Strategies has posted up an interview with NCAA Football 09 producer Ben Haumiller. This was recorded on the night of the cover reveal event. It mainly covers the online dynasty feature but does briefly delve into other areas of the game. There were also some follow...

With Operation Sports having released a video which displays team rankings and ratings I feel comfortable in going forward with listing out the top 25 teams in NCAA Football 09 (I'll continue to hold off on the toughest places to play and top player ratings). When it comes to the actual team ratings I wouldn't put much stock into those. I began taking them down before realizing that the numbers were different each time I viewed the team. While the top 25 may not be finalized (LSU will proba...

With just one month to go until release the first gameplay footage from Don King Presents: Prizefighter has finally appeared. Up until now the storyline has seemed intriguing (despite it being linear) but there have been questions around the gameplay and why no videos had been shown or hands-on time been given. In a demonstration done on the Gamespot program "On The Spot" executive producer of the game Matthew Seymour walks through some of the aspects of the story mode and fighter creation ...
  • Full details on EA Fantasy Football

Through an interview with producers Justin Withers and Ronnie Morales I was able to get a good idea of everything involved with the setup/procedures and new features that are being rolled out this year with EA Fantasy Football. The confusion created by the previews that have been released on it should be taken care of thanks to this discussion. First of all the website based leagues remain. Drafting through the websites will function as normal. They are still completely free including the l...

Below are some of the latest ones which include UTEP, Illinois, Wisconsin, and Utah. Look for Friday's release to be Clemson. All of the screens released thus far can be found in the gallery. ...
  • EA Fantasy Football Update
    by
    Posted May 8th, 2008 at 9:26 am 14 Comments »
Earlier this morning I reacted to the info provided by IGN regarding EA's Fantasy Football leagues. It turns out the details they provided weren't accurate (or at the very least weren't explained properly). It turns out that not only has the pricing not been finalized, but the $15 that was cited by IGN for the 360/PS3 draft application would be per league and not per owner. The optional live stats would be on an individual basis which is the norm with most league offerings. I have an int...
