NCAA Football 09 demo videos
I went ahead and put together two videos from the NCAA Football 09 demo. The first is essentially a mash-up of some of the better plays in the first couple runs through the demo. The second is a full game start to finish. In both I am controlling LSU so I plan to add a user vs user video in the near future. NCAA Football 09 demo now available
The demo for NCAA Football 09 is now available for the Xbox 360 and as of this afternoon it is up for the PS3. The demo features LSU vs Ohio State and a mascot game with the Gators vs Longhorns. First patched feature may come for Madden 09
Madden 09 producers Phil Frazier and Ian Cummings stated earlier this evening that a patch that would add a feature (something that has not been done by Tiburon before) is going to be attempted. The feature which they are hoping to patch in is accelerated clock. The patch process is a lengthy one, so even if they started working on it now there is no guarantee that it would be ready by the time the game launched. The first trailer for NBA Live 09 has made its way out continuing what has been a busy few days around the game. Is NBA Live 09’s big feature OTP related?
Over the last few days there has been a great deal of speculation over the "ground-breaking" new feature in NBA Live 09 that will "change the way sports games are made". The reveal of what this feature is won't come until next month at E3, quite possibly during EA's press conference which is scheduled for July 14th. NBA Live 09 preview and screenshots
IGN has released the first hands-on preview and screenshots of NBA Live 09. You can read it in full here and see the first screens of the game here (ignore the Lakers-Celtics ones which are from 08). Interestingly IGN states that the game will have Be A Pro mode, which was denied late last night by producers on the official forum. So now that much of the information around NBA Live 09 is free to be discussed, some of it is making its way out thanks to producer discussion on the official forum. It's disappointing to hear there won't be a Superstar mode, though the "ground-breaking feature" is still to be announced.
