OF Week One In The Books
The first week of the Official Pastapadre Madden 10 Online Franchise is now complete. It was a big success with 15/16 games being played. We ended up going with 11 minute quarters and 15 second accelerated clock which has produced realistic scores and stats. The biggest issue that has been discovered is there was nothing put into place to deal with the inevitable disconnects that will happen on occasion. The Art Designer for Madden 10 mentioned in a tweet that the 49ers helmet color is being fixed in an update coming soon. Now that the Seahawks alternate lime green jersey is looking like a reality the indications are that will be added to the game as well as the AFL legacy uniforms. NCAA Football 10 Patch #2 Out Now
The second patch for NCAA Football 10 went live for the 360 earlier this morning. Starting up the game should lead to an aut0-prompt for the download. There is no specified time when it will be out for the PS3 since it is dependent on clearing certification though it is expected soon as well. NBA 2K10 My Player Mode Detailed
2K Sports has posted up a blog posting detailing the My Player career mode that arrives with NBA 2K10. The article details areas such as player creation, camp, D-League, day-to-day action in the NBA, and online pickup games. NCAA Football 10 Patch #2 Details
EA Sports has released the details of the second patch for NCAA Football 10. This appears to be a very substantial patch which is somewhat expected since the first patch addressed little other than fixing the sliders, adding the ability to turn off DLC cheats in Online Dynasty, and making the somewhat more accurate rosters playable online. First Look At Madden 10 iPhone
Until today not much was known about Madden 10 for the iPhone other than it was expected to release in September. EA Sports has now sent out details on the game as well as the first screenshots. Madden 10 should arrive in the App Store before the start of the NFL season. Noticeably absent from the info though is a price so it'll be interesting to see what that turns out to be.
