The first trailer has arrived for the upcoming thriller The Counselor. Directed by Ridley Scott and written by Cormac McCarthy the film stars Brad Pitt, Michael Fassbender, Javier Bardem, Natalie Dormer, Penélope Cruz, and Cameron Diaz. The story centers on a lawyer who finds himself in over his head after getting involved in drug trafficking. The Counselor is slated to release on October 25.
