Marvel Cinematic Universe: Phase Two Preview Trailer and Concept Images

The release of Marvel’s Phase One limited edition Blu-ray set this week has brought with it some fresh new looks at “Phase Two”. For Iron Man 3, which has shown off plenty in advance of its release next month, that doesn’t mean much. But in regards to Captain America: The Winter Soldier, Thor: The Dark World, Guardians of the Galaxy, and even Ant-Man it represents either the first look at those films or completely new concept art to examine.

The release schedule has Iron Man 3 arriving on May 3, Thor: The Dark World on November 8, Captain America: The Winter Soldier on April 4, 2014, and Guardians of the Galaxy come August 1, 2014. That then leads into The Avengers 2 for May 1, 2015. Ant-Man will begin “Phase Three” on November 6, 2015, though the trailer makes it seems as though the character will be a part of “Phase Two” maybe due to an appearance first in The Avengers 2.
