Yeah, but Gruden is from Ohio, and it seemed different when he was talking about the Browns. He can get his QB in the Draft, something he never got the chance to do in TB. I think if the Brown's owner sees a mutiny maybe he will promise to open up the checkbook and give Gruden control.

I see Shanahan going to the Cowboys, he pursued Romo as much as, if not more, than the Cowboy's did, but Romo of course signed with the 'boys.

True, but Gruden already knows how to deal with a Jerry Jones. He's similar to Jimmy Johnson in some ways to me.

I'm not a fan, plus he's probably tired. Rest assured he will take a break when he leaves Tennessee.
