New features coming to online play now games with NBA 2K16

With only two days to go until release 2K Sports is still in the process of revealing features for NBA 2K16. Today it’s a look at changes made to standard online ranked games.

Play Now Online in 2K16 features a “league” system that is similar in nature to Online Seasons in various EA Sports games. Winning games will prompt movement up to higher leagues while losing will mean relegation to a lower one. There are some differences though as coming out on top with lower rated (by tier) teams results in a win bonus and at higher leagues classic teams are unlocked.
