It’s no surprise who leads the way on the defensive line as far as Madden NFL 16 ratings go. The most dominant player in the league, J.J. Watt, retains the 99 Overall he held last season. The top five players at defensive end are all the same as last season, but shake out in a different order, and one player that was tied for a spot has dropped out of the group.Â
1) J.J. Watt – 99 Overall
2) Muhammad Wilkerson – 96 Overall
3a) Michael Bennett – 95 Overall
3b) Calais Campbell – 95 Overall
5) Cameron Wake – 94 Overall
Wilkerson has moved up, while Campbell and Wake have dropped down. Campbell finished Madden NFL 15 rated 97 while Wake finished 96. Robert Quinn finished last season rated 96 as well, but it appears he’s now likely been lowered to 93.
