The national nightmare that has been the process to determine the cover of NCAA Football 14 has finally ended. After nearly three months and involving all 126 FBS schools Denard Robinson, representing the Michigan Wolverines, has captured the cover. He held the lead in the finals over Texas A&M’s Ryan Swope throughout until voter fraud became evident when the numbers dramatically shifted in the final hours. Both sides cheated forcing EA Sports to go back through the numbers and eliminate all the votes which came from fake accounts.
Robinson becomes the third player from Michigan to grace the cover of the series. He joins Charles Woodson (NCAA Football 99) and Desmond Howard (NCAA Football 06). Now that the cover voting is out of the way actual news relating to the game could be coming soon. The first info for NCAA has traditionally arrived in mid-March.
