Scottie Pippen Added to Dream Team in NBA 2K13 – Full Team Now Intact

When 2K Sports announced the inclusion of the 1992 Dream Team for NBA 2K13 it was the single missing player that dominated discussion rather than the other 11. Instead of excitement over finally having Charles Barkley focus immediately turned to the holdout – Scottie Pippen – and it considerably dampened enthusiasm. Today though the company has announced that Pippen is being added making the team complete.

Pressure since the announcement has led one of the parties, or possibly both, to compromise on demands. 2K realized the draw of having the Dream Team was significantly lessened while incomplete and Pippen heard from many of the frustrated fans who pleaded for him to change his mind. Regardless of the circumstances that led to this point the result is the full Dream Team in a video game for the first time since EA’s Team USA Basketball which released summer of ’92.
