One of the improvements to Dynasty mode in NCAA Football 13 comes with the expanded role of scouting recruits. In a video released today EA Sports shows off the scouting right at the start of a brand new dynasty. The more time spent on an individual the more of their individual ratings are revealed along with their projected overall rating.
